Community rules.
Updated 11 October 2026
Snooker Rivals is free to play and built with player feedback. These rules apply to room chat, private messages, forums, profile pictures and any other content players share.
Treat other players with respect
No harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, bullying or sharing someone else’s personal information. Keep chat, messages and forum discussions welcoming.
Keep uploads and posts suitable for the community
Do not post sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, illegal material, or content that exploits or endangers children. This includes profile pictures, forum images, links and embedded videos.
Play fairly
Do not cheat, impersonate another player, exploit bugs to manipulate records, spam, scam, or use the game to advertise unrelated services. Report exploits privately instead of sharing instructions.
Only share content you have permission to use
You are responsible for the text, images and links you share. Do not upload material that infringes someone else’s rights. Never share passwords, payment information or private account details.
Use Report and Block when you need them
Report a player, message, profile picture or forum post using its safety controls. Blocking prevents direct messages, invitations and friend requests, and hides that player’s room-chat messages. Blocking does not remove players from a shared table.
Reports are reviewed by our care team
Reports can include the reported content and relevant player identifiers so our care team can investigate. Content may be removed and accounts restricted for breaking these rules. Reports are not shown to the reported player. Deliberately false or abusive reports are not allowed.
Questions or an appeal?
To discuss a moderation decision or a concern about your account, contact our care team through Support. Do not post private account information in public chat.
